Several European clubs, including RB Leipzig, Ajax, and Anderlecht, have formalized partnerships with African academies in recent years. CAF has pushed a continental strategy to raise academy standards, focusing on coaching education and facility upgrades. The financial incentives have never been bigger, with African-developed players now commanding fees that were unthinkable a decade ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
